When you rent from us you will have the support you need to feel comfortable and secure in your rental. Each property is clean and well-maintained upon move-in, and we provide responsive maintenance services whenever you have any issues. We also offer 24/7 emergency maintenance service, so you are never left without assistance.

We offer rentals throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas, including Gwinnett, Fulton, Dekalb, Forsyth, Cobb, Clayton, Hall, Barrow, Jackson, Walton, Rockdale, Henry, Paulding and Douglas Counties. Please take a look at our available rentals section now to find your next home.

Current Tenants

Current tenants can easily pay rent, request maintenance or review documents online.

Our after hours maintenance number is (919)727-4943.

Please only use this number for the following:

– Water is coming into your home and you cannot stop it. Please try to turn off water to your entire home. There is normally a cutoff valve near the street at the water meter and frequently another one inside the home (usually near the water heater.)

– Your home is on fire and you have already called 911.
